Abstract
We presented a result-oriented overview of the paper “Exploring Post-activation Conformational Changes in Pigeon Cryptochrome 4” with a focus on the so-called phosphate-binding loop. We demonstrated the need for replica simulations to achieve statistically reproducable results.
