In October 2023, I joined the NBI Computational Microscopy Group of Weria Pezeshkian as a post-doc at the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen. The group’s research delves into a wide spectrum of biological processes, ranging from individual molecules to an entire cell.
In February 2023, I successfully defended my Ph.D. thesis entitled “Spotting the difference – tailored tools to analyze protein dynamics” at quantbiolab supervised by Prof. Ilia Solov’yov at the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. The group develops and maintains the online platform ‘Scandinavian Online Kit for Nanoscale Modeling’ VIKING which provides a user-friendly approach to molecular dynamics simulations among other things.
I joined quantbiolab after finishing my Masters in Mathematics at the Ruhr University Bochum.
